Dearest Bev and family, My heart aches to hear of Moe's passing. I am so sorry for your loss. Moe was such a dear friend to me, I have such wonderful memories of all the wonderful times we had. Summer could always begin for real when I would see Moe roll back into town. Nothing will be the same except for my love for you and I am here if you ever need a friend..My prayers and thoughts are will you all. May God comfort you and give you peace.

I met and have enjoyed an association with Moe & Bev for many years here in Wells, Me., starting with the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and ending this past Fall (just before his annual trek to Florida) on another annual volunteer project - taking down the summer Trolley stop signs with Brent Marriner & Ken Creed. Moe’s family dedication, community commitment, enthusiasm, “go-get-it-tiveness”, humor, accomplishments, and warm spirit were a pleasure to witness and an even greater pleasure to share with him. This world, in particular his “friendliest Town in Maine”, has suffered a big loss and we share that loss with Bev & Family…but, Moe has left it a much better place to be in and will fondly be long remembered! I knew Moe for many years, and we hung out together for years. It is such a huge loss for so many. He was great! We went to Woburn almost every night. Shot pool and met other friends. He had many! Easy going, great cop! He was one of the founders of the Triple Towers Motorcycle Club along with myself, Tommy Chapman, Howie Scott and several others. We went to many motorcycle races together. He had such a good rapport with everyone he came in contact with. He was always in such a good mood. He will be sadly missed by all of us. Our deep condolences to his girls and Bev and her children. Moe was a great guy I would see at the retirement party once a year always smiling. we would talk about the old days.when he would give some of the guys the S T. silent treatment rest in peace moe we loved ya.

Cousin, mentor, friend you will always be remembered for your vision and inspiration to your brother officers, but I will remember you for your ability to be the first to extend your hand to those when needed and the first to step up and help complete the task. I will fondly remember the laughs we shared at NERPI, . R.I.P.my friend you will be missed by all. Jamie.
