I am friends with Ruth’s daughter, Laura. We met going through Weather Forecasting school in 1983 and became fast friends. I only met Ruth one time when visiting Laura. She was a delightful, funny lady and a gracious host. She left me with a lovely memory. May she Rest in the Lords Grace.
