Darlene (Nina) McCormick,72, passed away peacefully surrounded by her children on July 9,2021 after a long battle with MDS/ Leukemia. She retired and moved to Palm Coast in 2017. Nina will be remembered as a smart, loving, beautiful person who loved her family, adored her grand kids and was passionate about rescuing pets, watching her “shows”, and keeping her home filled with things very special to her ( which was her excuse for her love of shopping!). Nina is survived by her son, Cliff McCormick and daughter /son in law Stacey McCormick & Mike Lewandowski and her grandchildren, Max & Layla Lewandowski. She is also survived by her sister, Barbara Keplinger as well her niece Corey Shaull along other close family members Joe & Sandy McCormick, and many grandnieces & nephews. To the staff of Advent Health Care & Hospice, the family expresses sincere appreciation for their loving care. Mom, we will love you always and hold you close within our hearts and there you will remain forever to walk and guide us through our lives until we meet again. A private celebration honoring her life will be held next week with family and friends. In lieu of flowers, please send any donations to her family, Cliff McCormick 32A Palm Coast, Florida 32164.
