Jerry always had a smile, a joke, a helping hand. It was easy to call him friend. He and Mike went through illness together, they lifted each other up in the times the fight grew hard. I could see the worry and sadness in both their faces for one another. These two old buddies are together now, May God hold them both in his loving arms and bring comfort to those that love them both. I won't say good-bye old friend, just hope I see you if I am blessed to get there.

Knowing Jerry was a gift from God. He and I were both cancer survivors and thanked God for this. We’ll always be grateful that Jerry was instrumental in lighting stained glass windows we and another Church member donated to our Church during his last few months on earth. God rest your soul Jerry and comfort your beautiful wife and family.
There are many that would say that if you live in the hearts of the ones you left behind, then you are not truly gone. This is certainly the case with Uncle Jerry as he was know by me and my family. His love for life, people and family was felt by all who had the pleasure of spending time with him. The grandneices and nephew held a special place in their hearts for Uncle Jerry as he did for them. In my opinion, people are truely remembered for the lives they lived and the love they spread where they go. Uncle Jerry will certainly live in our memories and stories. You will be missed but not forgotten.
Uncle Jerry was always a favorite of his great-nieces and great-nephew and the little girls flocked to him at every chance. He was the fun Uncle who never got tired of throwing them in the pool, coloring, or letting them dominate his phone with random kid games. Family vacations will not be the same without the big teddy bear Uncle Jerry was. ♥️
