I worked with Leroy in the 184th. Loved both he and his wife, they were both great people. I don't think I ever saw either one of them without a big smile on their face. RIP Leroy you are now back with your Joy!

Maj Leroy Meyer was a founding member of the Museum of the Kansas National Guard and the Museum owes him a debt of gratitude. COL Malen & Marilyn Dowse, 3006 Quail Creek Dr., Topeka, KS 66614 have made a $100 memorial donation in his name to the Museum of the Kansas National Guard and his name is being added to the memorial plaque in the Museum Lobby.
