Adelina C. Pereira's Obituary
Adelina C. Pereira, 70, of Palm Coast passed away on February 27, 2020 in Palm Coast. She was born in Azores, Portugal on August 25, 1949 to the late Antonio and Adelina (Rosa de Costa) Cabral. She and her husband recently moved from longtime residence in NJ. She worked 23 yrs. as a dietary aide in a major medical center before retiring. Adelina enjoyed cooking Portuguese and Italian food along with baking a variety of cakes and traditional Portuguese deserts. She always welcomed everyone into her home with love, warmth and kindness. As a member of the Jehovah's Witnesses, Adelina was very active in her faith and was beloved by family and friends. She was preceded in death by brother, Jose Cabral, and sister, Maria dos Anjos Luciano. Survivors include her husband, Norberto of Palm Coast; her son, Delano and daughter, Cidalia, her sisters, Maria Missao ((Jose Francisco Pontes), Isabel Cabral Drzaszcz, brothers Tony Cabral ( Marianne) and Carlos Cabral. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, February 29, 2020 at Heritage Funeral and Cremation Service, 4601 E. Moody Blvd, Bunnell. The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery in St. Augustine immediately following the funeral service.
