Charlie,
Our prayers continue to be with you and your family. We ask God's peace and confort for all of you in your loss.
We, the members of the Navy Seabee Veterans Of America, Island X.-19 Daytona Beach, Florida, would like to express our condolences. We would also like to thank Andre for his service to our country.
Although he was not a member of our Island, we as former Seabees feel he is part of us.
We have several members that are WWII veterans and some that are currently serving our country..

Carlos and I send our sincere consolences to Charlie and family on Andy's passing. We will miss his visits to us at CLSMF, which were always accompanied by his happy demeanor and wonderful stories.
We know that Andy's memory will serve as a blessing to Charlie and the entire family.
Please accept my condolences. I had the pleasure of working with Andy at the courthouse where he volunteered and I can say he will be greatly missed by his courthouse friends. I enjoyed getting to know him over the past few years and listening to the many interesting stories he shared with us about his life and his dear Charlie. I always enjoyed seeing his smiling face and hearing him greet me with his standard "Bonjour".
