Annette Effaldana of Palm Coast, Florida passed away peacefully on May 30, 2013. She was 85 years old.
Formerly from White Plains New York, she was preceded in death by her husband Don. She is survived by her daughter Nancy Hart, sons Bruce Hart and Ricky Effaldana, and their children.
