A Celebration of Life gathering will be held at the home of Jeannie Muldoon, a close family friend, on Wednesday, February 6, 2013 in the Countryside subdivision at 978 Smokerise Blvd, Port Orange, FL beginning at 4 PM.
Arlene moved to Port Orange, FL in 2000 from Dallas, TX. She was down to earth, protective, supportive, loving, devoted and loyal. She was very affectionate in her marriage to her beloved husband; Robert. She was a member of the Disciples of Christ Church in Daytona Beach Shores, FL. Arlene was a homemaker and loving mother to her two adoring daughters; Lisa and Tina. She enjoyed plays, musicals, swimming, shopping, and working as a caregiver for over five years. She loved good jazz music, old black and white movies from the 40’s and 50’s, and was extremely proud of her Italian heritage. Her love of dressing up for any and all occasions was well known by all of her many friends, neighbors, and all the ladies at the Port Orange Horseshow Club. Her friends were treated like family and she was fiercely loyal and dependable. Arlene’s kindness, generosity, and bright spirit will be dearly missed by all.
She is survived by her loving husband Robert of 53 years, her daughters; Lisa Bova and husband Donald of Ormond Beach, FL, and Tina Schlobohm and Greg Marini of Staten Island, NY.
