Bethany Richter's Obituary
Bethany (Beth) Richter, 68, of Palm Coast, passed away peacefully on November 28, 2025. Born in Atlantic City, New Jersey, Beth was raised in Wilton Manors, Florida, where she spent her early years before eventually settling in Palm Coast.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Beverly Bachman.
Beth dedicated her life to being a stay-at-home mother, and she took pride in her family and the role she played in each of their lives. She had a deep-rooted talent for finding a bargain, which she transformed into a small business for over 20 years. She was also very fond of all her hobbies, including enjoying the efforts of her extraordinary green thumb. Anyone who knew her knew she loved a good party and enjoyed sharing fun with the people around her.
Most notably, Beth was a doting grandmother to her grandkids and made sure to teach each of them how to swim. She was a grandmother who loved her grandkids to the moon and back—and to infinity and beyond. Her love and kindness will leave an impression on them for the rest of their lives.
Beth is survived by her three brothers: Joe (Harriet), Bill (Kim), and Bruce; her four children and five grandchildren: Amanda (Victoria – Austyn and Haevyn), Robert Jr. (Catana – Robert III), Amber (Melody and Nathan), and Emily (Adam).
A celebration of Beth’s life will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, January 17th at Heritage Funeral and Cremation Service located at: 4601 E. Moody Blvd, G7 Bunnell, FL 32110.
Heritage Funeral and Cremation Service is in charge of the arrangements.
