Brent Leroy Ramming's Obituary
At sunrise (6:30am) Tuesday, March 7th, 2023, Brent lost his war of 17 years with colon cancer. He was surrounded by his family at home.
Brent lived in the Volusia-Flagler area most of his live, except for the time he was in the military. He was in the first graduating class of Spruce Creek High School (Port Orange) in 1981. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force at Moody Air Force Base in Valdosta, GA. He earned the Good Conduct Medal, Outstanding Unit Award and the Longevity Service Award. He also proudly worked his last job as a concrete driver at Tarmac.
Brent was precluded by his parents, Liesa Lotta Carlin and Robert Ramming. He is survived by his beloved wife of 45 years, Mary Ramming, his daughters, Kindra Dixon, Lisa Ramming, Erika Edwards, Brenda Bellerby, Mary Catherine Bice, and his sister, Laura Abernathy. He leaves behind a legacy of (19) grandchildren and (10) great grandchildren.
"If love could have saved you, you would have lived forever." He was greatly loved by his family and will always be in their hearts.
