Carlton Dewayne Proctor, 64 of Palm Coast, FL was born on September 16, 1948 in Chattanooga, TN to the late Carlton Alonzo Proctor and Thelma Louise Underwood. He passed away on February 11, 2013 at his residence in Palm Coast, FL at the age of 64 years.
He worked at the Tri-State Steel Drum Company in Graysville, GA. Carlton enjoyed fishing, and he loved his rabbits.
He is survived by his loving wife of 22 years, Barbara Ellen Proctor of Palm Coast, FL. Two daughters, Melanie Rodriguez and husband Leo, and Heather Thompson, of Palm Coast, FL. Son, Anthony Thompson and wife Cleo of Dalton, GA. Brother, Eric Proctor and wife Darla of Rossville, GA. Six sisters, Loretta Proctor, Reba Hughs and husband Gary, Angie Pryor, Tammy Agan and husband Donnie, Donna Stephens, and Rose Ellison. Ten grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
