Cecil Edward Bowyer's Obituary
Cecil Edward Bowyer passed in peace on September 28, 2021, at the age of 75 surrounded by his family. He was preceded in death by his wife Donna and survived by his children, Andrea and husband Felix Castillo of Jacksonville FL, Paul and wife Kim Bowyer of Purcellville VA, Mark and wife Heather Bowyer of Flagler Beach FL, and Autumn Norris of Beckley WV. In addition, he had three grandchildren, Brynlee, Mya, and Braxton.
Cecil was born to Wilbert and Lora Dane Bowyer of Beckley WV where he lived until 1994. He then moved to Palm Coast, FL where he enjoyed riding motorcycles, attending NASCAR races, restoring old cars, and time with friends. His laugh and boisterous personality will always be remembered.
A memorial service will be held at a later time for spreading of ashes.
