Christopher B. Hogan's Obituary
Christopher B. Hogan, 55, died September 26, 2017 in Palm Coast, FL of heart failure. Chris was known as "Professor" by his many treasured friends in Bunnell and throughout Flagler County. He grew up in Clear Lake City, Houston, Texas where he had many life long friends. Chris graduated from the University of North Florida where he received his Masters Degree in Education. He went on to teach until his health diminished and he decided to embrace his Irish heritage. He played drums and guitar in local pubs, singing Irish songs and making everyone happy. Chris's humility and ability to take on challenges made him a super loyal person and he always made friends everywhere he roamed. He was a master of music , art, and painting and could play any instrument. He taught science and art to youth and adults. His passion was fishing in central Florida. He will be remembered as one of the good guys - he was very caring and giving. He will be greatly missed.
He was preceded in death by his father, Peter Hogan.
Chris is survived by his wife Kimberly of 23 years, his Mother Evelyn Hogan-Hayes, sister DJ Hogan, brother Doug Hogan, Uncle Kevin Hogan, nephews AJ, Charles, Peter, Ted, niece Haley, and Kimberly's son David.
