COLLEEN MAY (LOGUE) JACOBS
COLLEEN MAY (LOGUE) JACOBS, 83, formerly of Cumberland, passed away peacefully at Halifax Health Hospice in Port Orange, FL, on Tuesday, June 3, 2014.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. Jacobs, parents, Harley and Blanche Norman Logue, along with several brothers and sisters.
Colleen is survived by daughter Karen Jacobs Cook and husband Gary, Daytona Beach Shores, FL, and daughter Debbie Jacobs Brant and husband Lewis, Cumberland.
Colleen is also survived by five grandchildren; Kimberly Cook Mosey, Waterford, MI, Krista Cook Upthegrove , Portage, IN, Â Kevin Cook , Dallas, TX, Â Erica Brant Messenger and Amie Brant, Cumberland, as well as eight great-grandchildren.
Arrangements are under the care of Heritage Funeral and Cremation Service, Port Orange, FL
