Cornelia Elizabeth Southland's Obituary
Cornelia Southland, 89, of Palm Coast, FL passed peacefully on October 30, 2017. She was born in Goshen, NY on November 26, 1927 to Frank and Cornelia Lattimer. Married to Nils Arnold Southland on October 28, 1949, they had just celebrated their 68th anniversary.
Cornelia graduated from Fredonia University and taught 2nd grade elementary school students in Bay Shore, NY for 35 years. Upon Nils' retirement in 1990, they moved to Palm Coast. She was an accomplished golfer, and they enjoyed golfing and bowling together well into their 80s. She is survived by her beloved husband, son Christopher and his wife Grace, and granddaughter Amy Beth Southland.
A memorial service will be held in her honor at Palm Coast Bible Church, 94 Whiteview Parkway on November 14, 2017 at 11am.
