Cynthia Lynn Brewer's Obituary
After a very short battle with cancer, Cynthia Lynn Brewer, 69, of Palm Coast, FL left her earthly home for her heavenly home on Monday, April 28, 2025. She was born on September 7, 1955 in Huntington, WV to Larry and Joanne (nee Browning) Legge. She was proceeded in death by the love of her life, Wayne J. Brewer. They were reunited in heaven after almost 20 years of separation.
Cindi lived a life serving her Lord and Savior. She stood beside Wayne throughout his entire ministry, crossing multiple states for over 30 years. Cindi continued to serve at Palm Coast Bible Church until last year. She then retired and worked as an Administrator at St. Marks Christian Preschool. Cindi’s deep conviction to serve the Lord came at an early age. Her goal was to follow Christ and follow the Truth in his Scriptures.
Cindi is survived by her daughters Anne Ford, son-in-law Bill and grandsons, Isaac, and Noah, as well Maribeth Motosicky, son-in-law Will and grandchildren Gwendolyn, Genevieve, Giuliana, and Amos. She is also survived by her parents; Larry and Joann Legge; and her three siblings; Vickie (Tim) Leach, Scott (Pam) Legge, and Jeff (Sally) Legge. Cindi had a host family and friends around the country who loved her dearly.
Cindi loved her family, especially her 6 grandchildren. They have brought her so much joy over the last sixteen years. She loved her daughters and sons-in-law fiercely. Cindi could do almost anything. She was a wonderful decorator, caterer, crafter, chef, friend and mother. The loss of Cindi will leave a tremendous hole in the lives of those who love her. However, she would want us to remember the truth of these two scriptures:
Lamentation 3:21-23
21 Yet this I call to mind
and therefore I have hope:
22 Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed,
for his compassions never fail.
23 They are new every morning;
great is your faithfulness.
Psalm 30:5b
5b Weeping may last for the night, But a shout of joy comes in the morning.
A Celebration of her life will be held on Sunday May 18, 2025 at 5:30pm at Palm Coast Bible Church located at 94 Whiteview Parkway, Palm Coast, FL 32164. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Recovery Church Movement: https://www.recovery.church/
