David J. Sedileau's Obituary
David J. Sedileau, 70, passed away on December 12, 2024, in Ormond Beach, Florida, after a long illness.
David was born on April 26, 1954, in Shirley, MA. He graduated from Dracut High School in 1972 and retired from the Conway School System in 2019, where he enjoyed working at Kennett Middle School in Conway, NH.
Those who knew David will remember him for his kind, gentle spirit and love of nature, especially the mountains, water, hiking, camping, fishing, animals, kayaking, and photography. He was happiest in the White Mountains of New Hampshire and loved living and working in the Conway area. David was quite the foodie, regularly enjoying fine dining and great food with friends and family. He possessed a quiet charm and an innate sense of style and was known for being a very sharp dresser.
David is survived by two siblings, Edward C. Sedileau and Michelle Sedileau (Scott Sharps), and his niece, Marissa J. Sedileau, and her family.
David is preceded in death by his parents, Edward J. Sedileau and Dolores (Brock) Olson.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in David’s memory to the Conway Area Humane Society at conwayhumane.org Per David’s wishes, his ashes will be scattered by family at his favorite places at a later date.
