Dorothy E Wilson
Dorothy Elizabeth Wilson, who was affectionately called "Dot" raised in Charles Town, West Virginia as the second child of the late Ethel Chamblin Howell Hawkins and Thomas Eugene Howell, was born October 14,1919. She was called Home to be with the Lord on January 8, 2015.
Dorothy received her education in the Baltimore City School system and became a member of First Baptist Church of Elkridge. Dorothy was a hard working woman. She retired from the State of Maryland at Rosewood Hospital. Later in life she drove a bus for seniors in Columbia, MD.
She enjoyed, gardening, cooking, sewing and hosting cookouts for family and friends.
She leaves to cherish her precious memory a loving son, Thomas Wilson, 2 daughters in-law Alicia Santana Wilson, Palm Coast, FL.and Doris Wilson, Baltimore MD, 5 Grandchildren, 15 Great great grandchildren, a cousin Marie Coulter she loved as a sister and a host of friends and family.
Preceded in death by son Ellsworth Wilson, her daughter Ethel Owens and 1 grand daughter La-Shan Likourgos, 2 brothers, Paul Howell and Edward Howell.
Sometimes it's hard to understand why some things have to be. But in His wisdom, God has planned, beyond our power to see. We thank God for your life and the special things you've done. In our hearts you hold a place that can't be filled by anyone. The family
