Dr. Joseph Michael Eiduks, O.D.
Dr. Joseph Michael Eiduks, O.D., of Palm Coast, FL, was born on September 10, 1927 in Waterbury, CT to the late Joseph and Anna Eiduks nee Vilkatis. He passed away on December 1, 2012 at the Stuart F. Meyer Hospice House in Palm Coast, FL at the age of 85 years.
He proudly served in the United States Army, and was a graduate of the New England School of Optometry. Joseph practiced Optometry in Waterbury, CT for 35 years, retiring in 1991. He moved to Palm Coast, FL in 2000, coming from Middlebury, CT.
Joseph is survived by his loving wife, Helene L. Eiduks of Palm Coast, FL. Son, David Eiduks of Brooklyn, NY. Sister, Lillian Mrazik of Waterbury, CT, and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made in memory of Joseph to the Lions Club at www.LCIF.org.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date in Waterbury, CT. Inurnment will take place in the Jacksonville National Cemetery, Jacksonville, FL.
