It has been almost a year since my beautiful mother Elsie left this earth and there has not been one day that I haven’t been reminded of her and her presence in my life, for she is still a constant in it. All I am and all I have is because of you and it was an honor to be your daughter. I miss and love you so very much and I hope you will give my Daddy a big hug and kiss from his little girl. I'll always remember how much Elsie loved her wonderful hubby (Bob), her beautiful children, and her loving siblings. My mom always held her in her highest esteem. We will truly miss our last "link" to that special Schmidt generation. May you Rest In Peace with the family and share endless shtumpulas (sp!). Love you, Kerrie, Dennis, Jason, Ben, & Nathaniel.

Hi, I remember visiting Stamford and Aunt Elsie and Uncle Bob took me to the 1965 NY World's Fair. I made blue skirts for the girls and Gary was in a stroller. Aunt Elsie and Uncle Bob were the most gracious hosts on our visits to Stamford.

Aunt Elsie was the Maid of Honor at my parents' wedding. Mom and Aunt Elsie wore these gorgeous white suits. Very classy ladies!
