My earliest memories of Uncle Ernie were very similar to my last. He was usually telling a story, laughing, and making others laugh as well. I relished watching him and my grandfather banter, reminisce about old times, and test each others' French. He was an exemplary man, a devoted husband and father. He will be missed deeply.

I was one of many who was lucky enough to have been part of the teen group that was welcomed in the East Windsor family home many years ago. Ernie Moreau didn't just tolerate our crazy teen ways, but always welcomed and even encouraged us to hang out in the family room. Someone had to keep me and Nancy in check!
