Eugenie P.E. Louttit's Obituary
Eugenie P.E. Louttit, known affectionately as Jenny, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 4, 2024, at the age of 94 in Palm Coast. Born on March 20, 1930, in Margate Kent, England, to Stephen Albert Impett and Julia Annie (Cocoran) Impett.
Jenny married Robert J. Wedyck and later became a proud US citizen on September 22, 1967, after moving to Waukesha, Wisconsin. She dedicated herself to raising their four children while working as a secretary. Later in life, she relocated to St. Augustine, Florida, where her passion for history and her delightful English accent shone as she worked as a tour guide at the Fatio House Museum.
On November 22, 1999, Jenny remarried Richard T. Louttit. She found joy in volunteering at the Whitney Lab and Washington Oaks Gardens State Park, reflecting her love for nature and community. Jenny’s interests spanned classical music, travel, and history, which she shared generously with her family and friends.
Jenny is preceded in death by her brother Anthony Impett and is survived by her children Lisabeth Ausen-Jaggard (husband Richard Jaggard), Robert “Mark” Wedyck, Paul Wedyck, and Greg Wedyck (wife Richelle Wedyck), as well as her nieces and nephews Theresa Cook, Gary Impett, and Toni Surgeon.
Her memory will be cherished by her eight grandchildren: James Tahlier, John Tahlier, Anthony Wedyck, Brandon Wedyck, Nicholas Wedyck, Joshua Wedyck, Madison Bennett, and Derek Wedyck, as well as her eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to The Friends of Washington Oaks State Park, a cause close to Jenny’s heart. Eugenie P.E. Louttit will be remembered fondly for her warmth, grace, and dedication to enriching the lives of those around her.
