Beth, when we worked together, I always looked forward Fred's visits, to see his beautiful smile. That smile was contagious and when he walked into a room, he had everyone smiling before he left. Oh, and that sense of humor, he made us laugh too. Beth, I am so very sorry, there is nothing easy about losing your love. I am praying for you and your children during this time of grieving. I always found our dear friend Fred to lead by serving and enjoying life. He was always the first one to offer to help…no matter what needed to be done. He was the first one to offer to help me when John would be out-of-town. He was the first one to see a need before the request for help was even ask for. It was always a pleasure going out with Fred and Beth as couples. John and Fred were a little dangerous together Beth and I would say. Their quips and wit combined was a sure recipe for a fun time. We shared a common love for Thai food, as we enjoyed this good food together we could always count on conversation that was lacking in complaints and full of praises, joking and laughter. Fred was like the big brother I never had. Once again, Fred has lead the way to our heavenly home as he is the first of our close friends to see face to face our Lord. Sorry to hear, Fred was always nice and pleasant to be around during my time at spring hill as was the rest of the family. My condolences to you all.
