George J. Mascenic's Obituary
George J. Mascenic, 76, of Palm Coast, FL. passed away on February 26, 2020. George moved to Palm Coast in 1985 from Rolling Meadows, IL. As a dedicated husband and father he worked two jobs while establishing Sunshine Pools until semi-retiring after 25 years of business. Many of his customers were his second family. An avid lover of WWII History he often watched any history special he could find when he wasn't working or spending time with his family. He will be greatly missed.
George is survived by his wife Judith of 37 years, children Mandy Van Baelen, Alex Van Baelen, Douglas Mascenic, Jennifer Mascenic and Kenny Raysby as well as 8 grandchildren and his younger siblings Joe Mascenic, Roy Mascenic and Helen Orman.
A celebration of life will take place at Trinity Presbyterian Church in Palm Coast, FL on March 24th at 11 am. Refreshments will be served at the church immediately afterward. All are welcome.
