Guillermo Otero's Obituary
Mr. Guillermo Otero, 81, was born in Jayuya, Puerto Rico on April 16, 1941 to the late Julian Otero and Maria Ortiz. He passed away on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at Advent Health Hospice Center in Palm Coast Florida at 7:02 PM.
Guillermo leaves behind two sisters, Maria G. Otero of Puerto Rico and Francisca O. Pitts of Daytona Beach, FL and a brother, Jose Otero of Chicago, IL; a step- son, Orlando Peace of Rhode Island, NY, a step daughter, Georgianna Peace of Landover, MD; a step-granddaughter, Dominique Peace of Landover, MD as well as a number of great grandchildren.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at 9:30 AM at Jenkins Funeral Home, 7474 Landover Road, Hyattsville, Maryland 20785. Guillermo will be laid to rest with military honors at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at the Cheltenham Veterans Cemetery in Cheltenham Maryland.
Heritage Funeral and Cremation Service along with J.B. Jenkins Funeral Home are in charge of his arrangements.
