Irene M. Dell'Ario
Irene M. Dell’Ario nee Aeschliman was born on December 6, 1922 in Torrington, CT to the late Herman and Marguerite Aeschliman nee Rose. She passed away on October 10, 2012 in Ormond Beach, FL at the age of 89 years, 10 months, and 4 days.
Irene moved to Ormond Beach in February, relocating from San Antonio. She loved knitting, but her greatest passion was cooking. She was the 1st recognized female chef in the state of Texas. She will always be remembered as a very kind and loving person.
In addition to her parents, Irene was preceded in death by her loving husband Alfred Angelo Dell’Ario of 59 years, and an infant brother Sonny Aeschliman.
She is survived by her sons Paul Dell’Ario and wife Ronda of TX and Val Dell’Ario of New Zealand, daughters Ann Martin of FL and Debbie Bostow of KY, brother Ray Aeschliman of CT, sister Edie Ralph and husband Jim of MA, grandchildren, Robyn, Phil, Zina, Ciara, Jennifer, David, Leighana, Zephaniah, Karisha, and Chloe, and great grandchildren, Kiaya, Lauren, Faith, Gabe, Brandon, Levi, Elizabeth, Grant, and Geoffrey.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 12, 2012 at 8 PM at Heritage Cremation and Memorial Chapel, Port Orange, FL.
