Jamie Denise Franklin, 61, passed away on August 1, 2025, in Palm Coast, Florida. Born on November 6, 1963, in Temple, Texas.
Jamie was a proud Mother, Sister, Wife, and Nana, whose children and grandchildren were the cornerstone of her life. She is remembered by her children: Rachel James, Carolyn (Skye) Tryon, Benjamin Tryon, Jordan Beermann, Hayley Nanney, and Tesla Franklin.
She was preceded in death by her Mother, Dorothy ‘Connie’ Bridges, Father, Lawrence Eddie Bright, and Step-Father, Bill Bridges, as well as her first born son, Lane Williams Nanney - a loss that remained close to her heart.
Jamie’s story is one of perseverance, courage, care, and strength. Through years of medical troubles and life’s challenges, she was tenacious. Jamie was a multi-faceted person who reached many peoples lives, from taking in neighborhood kids to her patients as a Certified Nursing Assistant and her students in Medical Coding. Jamie was an avid animal lover with a remarkable green thumb.
May she receive the peace she deserves and her memory remain cherished.
A Memorial Service will be held on August 22, 2025 at Heritage Funeral & Cremation Service (4601 E Moody Blvd G7, Bunnell, Fl 32110). Gathering will start at 4:00 pm and service from 5:00-6:00 pm.
