Always a bright light and a joy to be with. She still lives in my heart. So many wonderful memories that I will cherish here and beyond. God Bless you Jeri. I am relieved that your suffering has ended and that you are in a better place. Life is a temporary assignment (I stole that from a t-shirt I used to wear) and you earned your promotion.
So many fun, loving memories of a lifetime together. Being friends from birth, church, high school, marriage and children. She was such a great friend , our lives will definitely never be the same without her.
One of my, many, fondest memories was our senior year of high school when she won the Betty Crocker award, along with her laughter, we all had a good laugh. Another was when Tonya spent the night with me and Chip and she stayed all night, never asking for her mom, Jeri was really sad about that. Tonya was 4 years old and Chip was 3.
Her beauty, fun and laughter will greatly be missed.
This is not goodbye but we will see you again.

I will always remember Jeri's beautiful hats and big smile as she came into church at Saint Mark. She created a safe space to simply be happy - making her a gift to so many. Thank you for sharing her with us, John, and we will be praying for your strength and peace in these difficult days.
I will always have the best memories of Jeri. She was a friend in my high school years…. always up beat and a smile on her sweet face. Through the years of seeing her at our reunions, Jeri was always the same. She was a true friend. We have lost someone very special and God has gained an angel. RIP dear one.

I am so proud and priviledged to have known this woman. Jeri was one of the first persons' I met when I came to Saint Mark UMC, where she greeted me with open and loving arms. I will never forget that for the rest of my days. But she went beyond that, we developed a long and loving friendship. Jeri and John were always there for me, no matter what the circumstances were. I deeply appreciate everything you both have done for me. The memories of sharing laughs, stories and fellowship will forever live in my heart. Jeri always had a smile on her face and love in her heart. She was so sweet to my kids and myself. I attended the couples class at St Mark with John and Jeri. They were so very happy together. John, my heart breaks for you. Jeri fly high sister, you deserve those wings. Your light will forever shine!!!!!

As a high school classmate of Jeri's, I am saddened and crushed of heart. She was a precious friend but more importantly, a faithful follower of Christ.
