Jerry Lee Colton's Obituary
Jerry Lee Colton was born on May 31, 1941 in Celina, OH to the late Donald Leroy and Mary Catherine Colton nee Lehman. He passed away on October 8, 2012 in Orange City, FL at the age of 71 years, 4 months, and 7 days.
Jerry was a veteran of the United States Navy, serving his country during Vietnam. He moved to Florida in 2005 from Georgia. Jerry enjoyed boating, horses, being on the water, and fishing. He has won several awards for fishing and archery competitions. While residing in Ohio, Jerry was a member of the VFW and the American Legion. He will be remembered most for his sense of humor.
Jerry is survived by his wife Jestine “Tina” of 47 years, his son Jerry Lee Colton Jr. of GA, his sister Judy Sutter and husband Carl of OH, several nieces and nephews, and other family members, Deb Hawkins of OH, Scott Conn and wife Jen of OH, and Kellie Joyce and husband Curt of OH.
Memorial services will be held by Jerry’s family at a later date.
