Jimmy W. Jeffords Sr.'s Obituary
Jimmy W. Jeffords Sr, 75, passed away at the Bailey Center for Caring in St. Augustine, FL on August 22, 2017 after his short battle with cancer. He was born and raised in Leflore County, MS. Jimmy retired from Kraft Food Industries with 40 years of service in 1999. After retirement he worked for Winn Dixie and Acosta. He loved riding his many bikes that he found or bought at an auction, hunting and fishing, and searching for golf balls. He was a member of Turning Point at Calvary in St Augustine.
Jimmy is survived by his wife of 54 years Nancy, son Jim (Cindy) Jeffords Jr., grandchildren Hannah, Jon Paul, Madison, and Emily, and brother George (Bettie) Jeffords Sr.
The family will be holding a private memorial service.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to Turning Point at Calvary Children’s Ministry; 3500 FL-16, St. Augustine, FL 32092.
Heritage Funeral and Cremation Service is assisting the family.
