Mrs. Joan Owens' Obituary
Joan Owens, 63 of Flagler Beach, passed away on April 17, 2019. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Glen, Bryan, and Joseph Cavanagh. Survivors include her husband, Phillip, at home; her sister, Jean Rogers and brother Barry Cavanagh, and nieces and nephews. There will be no services.
