Joe A. Waterman
Joe A. Waterman, 78, passed away peacefully on August 8, 2012. Joe was born in Noblesville, IN on November 30, 1933.
He served in the United States Navy and was a Korean War Veteran. Joe was a Foreman for Central Florida Underground in Orlando, retiring after 40 years. He enjoyed woodworking, watching NASCAR, and working in his yard.
Joe is survived by his wife, Yvonne Waterman, his daughter, Lisa Jandric, 2 step daughters, Kathy Pickett and Colleen Flanagan, 1 step son, Timothy Flanagan, 6 sisters, Joy Johnson, June Landis, Jean Layton, Janet Wilson, Julia Ann Sigler, and Jane Christman, 3 brothers, Jerry, John, and Jake Waterman, 4 grandchildren, Summer, Robert, Joshua, and Emmalee, 1 great grandchild, Josslyn, many nieces and nephews, and his dog, Bandit.
His family will receive family and friends on Monday, August 13, 2012, from 5:00 pm until 6:00 pm followed with a 6:00 pm Memorial Service at the Heritage Cremation and Memorial Chapel, 620 Dunlawton Ave., Port Orange, FL 32127.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in memory of Joe to the American Heart Association, 7272 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75231, or the American Diabetes Association, FL, 1701 North Beauregaard Street, Alexandria, VA 22311.
All services are under the direction of Heritage Cremation and Memorial Chapel, Port Orange, FL
