Joe Anna Rash's Obituary
JoeAnna Belyeu Rash passed away on July 5, 2021, after suffering from two strokes. She was a Breast Cancer Survivor. JoeAnna graduated from Shawnee High School, Shawnee, Oklahoma in 1962, received a BS Degree from Oklahoma Baptist University and received a Master's Degree from University of California, San Luis Obispo. After graduating, she enjoyed a 28 year teaching career, teaching 5th Grade, in Issaquah, WA. She was preceded in death by her wonderful son, Stephen Dennis Rash; her brother, James Belyeu; her mother, Virginia Stell Belyeu and her father, R. Lamar Belyeu. She is survived by two sisters, Judy Belyeu Rahbar and Monti Belyeu. She is also survived by five nieces, two nephews, six grand-nieces, four grand-nephews and one great-great niece, all who she loved very much. JoeAnna will be missed very much and always remembered as a very Loving daughter, mother, sister and aunt with a special, vibrant personality 🌹
