John Marvin Butler's Obituary
John Marvin Butler, 55, of Palm Coast, FL passed into eternal life on July 21, 2022. He was born on February 26, 1967 to John Wiley and Theresa (nee Turner) Butler in Knoxville, TN but grew up in Miami, FL.
Miami is where he made some of his closest lifelong friendships. He graduated from Miami Sunset High School, honorably serving 4 years in the US Army afterward. He was a die-hard Miami Hurricane fan. John loved the Lord and will be remembered as a fun-loving, outgoing individual with a colorful soul. Growing up near the ocean, he was passionate about riding the tide and living his life around the surf. He represented at numerous South Beach and Flagler Beach events including Surfers for Autism, Tommy Tant, Flagler Beach BoardRiders Club and so many more. He will be deeply missed by countless friends, family, and the community.
He was predeceased by his father John Wiley Butler.
John was survived by his mother Theresa Butler, his ex-wife Debbie Butler, their two sons Jonathon and Shane (Haylee) Butler, and grandchildren Gatlin and Luca Butler.
