John "Jack" F. Flanagan's Obituary
Jack Flanagan passed away peacefully on May 24, 2021 at Stuart F. Meyer Hospice House in Palm Coast where he served as a volunteer for several years.
A native of Saugus, Massachusetts, he was a Vice President of Olson Mfg. Co. in Holden, MA where he was also active in the community on various town boards and committees. He served on the Holden Chapel Finance Committee, taught senior high Sunday school and led the senior high youth group.
Jack retired and moved to Palm Coast in 1994. He had a 2nd career as a Realtor, working for several local brokers before opening Palm Harbor Realty Corp. Inc.
He served as an Elder at Palm Coast Bible Church for many years. He recently attended Parkview Baptist Church where he volunteered at their new LPGA location in Daytona Beach, FL.
He is survived by Judy, the love of his life and wife of 39 years. He had 2 daughters, Stephanie and Kelly, 3 sons, Timothy (Robin), Stefan (Kristen), and Jackie and 3 grandsons Jacob, TJ and PJ. He is survived by a brother Bud, a sister Betty, and many nieces and nephews.
A compassionate, loving and godly man, Jack served the Lord with a passion. He was positive and never had a bad word to say of anyone. He was dearly loved and his gracious personality and cheerful smile will be missed by all.
A private celebration honoring his life will be held with family and friends.
