John Matthew Pfeffer Jr.
John Matthew Pfeffer Jr. was born on July 19, 1944 in Philadelphia, PA to the late John Matthew Sr. and Gladys Pfeffer nee Clegg. He passed away on September 5, 2012 in Daytona Beach, FL at the age of 68.
John served his country with honor during the Vietnam War as a member of the United States Army. He relocated to Florida from Pennsylvania in 2003. John was an avid coin and piggy bank collector, he enjoyed cooking and gardening, and was an all-around handyman. John was very devoted to and respected by his loving family.
John is survived by his loving wife Blanca of 38 years, sons, Raul Pfeffer of PA, John Javier Pfeffer of Ormond Beach, FL, and John Pfeffer III of PA, daughters, Jennifer Pfeffer and Frances Sonsini both of PA, sister, Christine Frasch of PA, as well as eight grandchildren. Also surviving are his sister-in-law, four brother-in-laws, and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
