Joseph Arthur Massaro, 75, of Palm Coast, Florida, passed away peacefully on July 23, 2025. Born on February 27, 1950, in Manchester, Connecticut, Joe lived a life marked by dedication, service, and deep love for his family and passions.
Joe proudly served in the United States Navy before beginning a long and meaningful career as a physician’s assistant, the first to be licensed in the state of Rhode Island, at the Bristol County Medical Center in Bristol, Rhode Island. His commitment to caring for others defined both his professional and personal life.
A devoted fan of New York sports, Joe never missed a chance to cheer on his beloved Giants and Yankees. His enthusiasm for the game was only matched by the joy he found in spending time with his family.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Mary Massaro, and his sisters, Linda and Claudia Ann. Joe is survived by his sons, Nicholas & Matthew Massaro, and his cherished grandchildren, Aiden, Maddox and Delia.
In accordance with his wishes, there will be no formal funeral or memorial service. Those who wish to honor Joe’s memory may consider a donation in his name to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, a cause that held personal meaning.
Joe will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew and loved him.
