Joyce Hanselman Martin's Obituary
Joyce Hanselman Martin, 80, of Ormond Beach, Florida passed away peacefully on January 25, 2022. She was born July 14, 1941 in Dale, Wisconsin and grew up in Madison, Wisconsin. The daughter of Leland and Irna (Huettl) Hanselman.
Joyce is survived by her beloved companion of 40 years John David Edwards; her children, Michael Martin, Pamela (Robert) Martin-Jones, Diana Doering and Patricia (John) Beaudet; grandchildren, Amanda, Johnathon (Jennifer), Allen, Jessica (Shane), Rebecca (Bryant), Haley and Joshuah; great grandchildren: Jordyn, Jillian, Aliyah, Jace and Josephine; sister, Jean Reece; nephews, Jeff (Molly) and Dave(Diane).
Joyce was employed for many years in the food service industry, retiring at the age of 75. Her greatest joy was spending time down by the water, fishing. She also loved to sew and tend to her flowers, plants and chickens. But her favorite pastime of all was spending every moment she could with her family, especially celebrating their birthdays. She will be fondly remembered and loved by her family and friends for “Always being there”.
Joyce will be laid to rest on June 24, 2022 with her parents at Roselawn Memorial Park in Madison, Wisconsin with a celebration of life following the service.
