Juanita Faye Dotson
Juanita Faye Dotson nee Wolford was born on March 16, 1939 in Phelps, KY, to the late Nelson and Zettie Wolford nee Dotson. She passed away on January 2, 2013 in Palm Coast, FL, at the age of 73.
Juanita moved to Florida in 1966 from Kentucky. She operated a beach concession stand with her husband in New Smyrna Beach for many years and after they enjoyed flea marketing. Juanita enjoyed working crossword puzzles, watching QVC, and going to the Blue Ridge Mountains in NC, where she had a vacation home for many years.
In addition to her parents, Juanita is preceded in death by her husband Paris in 2002 after 45 years of marriage, her sisters, Loretta Dotson, Helen Smith, Ethel Chambers and the family dog, Rocky.
She is survived by her daughters, Cordella Nugent and husband Tom of FL and Teresa Fields and husband Jimmy of KY, her sons, Neil Dotson and girlfriend Jean Mantz of FL and Tracy Dotson and wife Connie of WV, sisters, Myrtle Combs and husband Buford, Macie Hamilton and husband Denton, and Ruth Carol Downey all of KY, as well as eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
