Kimberly Ebersbach Forbach's Obituary
With deeply saddened hearts, we announce the passing of Kimberly Ebersbach “Kimmie” Forbach, 51, of Palm Coast. Kim was born on March 27, 1970 to the late John and Edith “Edie” Ebersbach in Jacksonville, Florida. She passed away suddenly from an automobile accident on March 2, 2022.
Kim was a passionate, loving, caring lady. She met and married the love of her life twice, Bruce Forbach. Kim enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She loved the beach, NASCAR, Peanut M&M’s, hummingbirds and sporting around in her 1961 Caddy especially with the Palm Coast Cruisers. Kimmie was extremely gifted with an amazing green thumb when it came to gardening and flowers. She was the co-founder, alongside her husband, of “Hot as You Want”, where she enjoyed traveling the world selling Datil pepper enriched sauces and chow chow. Exploring ideas for new flavors, growing and sampling all types of peppers and flavor combinations became her passion.
Kimmie is preceded in death by her parents, 2 sisters, several aunts and uncles.
Kimmie is survived by her husband, Bruce Forbach; brother, Johnny; brothers-in-law, Mark and Chris; a host of extended family and friends who will miss her dearly.
A Celebration of Kimberly’s life will be 12:00 PM, Thursday, March 10, 2022 at Palm Coast Bible Church, 94 Whiteview Parkway, Palm Coast, Fl. Visitation will begin at 10:00 before the service. There will be a reception immediately following the service at Palm Coast Bible Church.
