Lee Lee's Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Lee Lee, beloved husband,
and father, on February 6, 2024, at his home in Hastings, FL.
Lee was born on April 21, 1959, in St. Augustine, FL to the late Anna Laura Lee and
James Morris Lee Jr. Lee married his wife, Linda in 1978 and had two children, Lesley
“Sissy”, and Lawrence “Buster”.
Lee worked many years as a master carpenter and cabinet maker for various boat
companies. Being a native Floridian, Lee enjoyed spending time outdoors saltwater
fishing, and hanging out with friends. He often had a joke or interesting story to tell and
never knew a stranger. He will be remembered for his laid-back, easygoing personality.
Lee is preceded in death by his parents, Anna Laura Eddens and James Morris Lee Jr,
sister, Terri Law, brother, Butch Lee, and granddaughter, Shawna Tatum.
Lee is survived by his wife Linda of 45 years, children, Lesley “Sissy” Stratton, Lawrence
“Buster” Lee (Jennifer), brothers, James Lee (Brenda), and Ralph “Kenny” Lee (Tracy).
Grandchildren, Addison Stratton, Holden Stratton, Layton Lee, and Hudson Lee. Several
cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held at Favor Dykes State Park on Sunday, February 18,
2024, at 2 pm. Covered dishes are welcome.
