Our hearts are broken with Linda’s passing. She was truly my”sister”and will forever be that in my heart. Linda enjoyed life to the fullest and everyone who knew her was blessed, given a gift beyond what words can express. She had a contagious laugh, a generosity that touched many lives, and she loved her family more than anything, except for her love of our Lord. Miike was the love of her life! Our love goes out to Mike, Dana, and Darrin and all of her family. John and I are so very grateful for the time we shared last Friday with Linda and Mike by the beautiful ocean. We shared a meal, conversation, laughter, and spoke of adventures we had hoped to share in the years ahead. Every moment is a gift, and Linda’s joy for each day will be a lesson that John and I will carry forever. Forever friends are precious. Love them.

Our hearts are heavy and we are so sad at the news that Linda has been taken from us too soon. She and I shared our cancer stories and I was honored to be there when she rang the bell just a few short weeks ago. She was our fashionista and our party planner. We had such fun whether it was at Bunco or playing Left right center or attending the many Hidden Lakes Ladies Luncheons. We made crepes with our French berets and modeled fashionable clothes at Chez Jacqueline. She was always up for a fun time. Lots of wonderful memories with a very dear woman. She will be so missed by so many. Prayers for her family during this extremely difficult time. ❤️

I was shocked and saddened to hear of Linda's passing. Linda was such a kind, caring, and genuine person. Everyone she met immediately felt her true joy for life and her loving spirit. I cannot think of Linda without seeing her smile, hearing her laugh, and feeling her hugs. She was one of those rare people that made others feel happy, loved, and special. We, all, are blessed for having known Linda. I pray she is rejoicing with Jesus and we will meet again. Our prayers are with Mike, whom Linda totally loved and adored, and with her family, whom she loved and was so devoted. May God give each of you peace and comfort. Words can’t express how truly sorry we are to hear of Linda’s passing. She was such a sweet and caring person, always with a smile on her face. I loved her from the first time we met. There really aren't enough adjectives to adequately describe Linda. She was effervescent, hardworking, loyal, loving, determined, focused, intelligent, and beautiful inside and out. I could go on and on. Linda and I worked together at the Curriculum Resource Center and later downtown in Lancaster City Schools' Central Offices. In many ways, she "trained" me. She cheerfully kept all aspects of our office running smoothly and efficiently. She cared deeply about doing quality work. I watched with awe as she communicated clearly and positively with the varied people who interacted with our office. She kept meticulous records and our office was always an attractive, well-run workplace. Linda was the consummate social director. She enjoyed celebrating with friends and our office always had a welcome mat out for staff.
On a personal level, Linda was a kind, loyal friend. We shared many frustrations and happy times, always supporting one another. We shared stories about our families. I became especially close to Dana as principal at Medill and enjoyed watching her mature into the beautiful woman she is today. When I moved on to Upper Arlington Schools, I truly missed Linda.
My heart goes out to Linda's family. She was a huge presence with all whose lives she touched.

I worked with Linda when I was employed by Lancaster City Schools. She was a lot of fun!! We always managed to get our work done plus have fun doing it. She organized many parties and they were always the best. RIP Linda!!
