Loutrel G. Hart
Loutrel G. Hart (Jerry), age 67, of Daytona Beach, FL passed away on August 18, 2012 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born in San Fuego, Cuba on September 24, 1944 to the late Vernon and Marie Hart nee Rodriguez.
Loutrel and his wife Katie moved to Daytona Beach in 1978 from Chicago. He loved oil painting, listening to all types of music, and playing golf at the Daytona Country Club where he was known by everyone as Chi Chi. Loutrel lived his life to the fullest, enjoying riding his motorcycle with his friends, watching all the leaves change colors in the fall, and hiking in the Smoky Mountains National Park with his loving wife Katie. Loutrel was a member of the Basilica of St. Paul in Daytona Beach, FL.
He owned and operated Hart’s Concrete from 1980-1993, after which he worked as a Die Setter for 19 years at Hudson Technologies in Ormond Beach, FL.
Other than his parents, Loutrel is preceded in death by his brother, Vernon Hart.
Loutrel is survived by his loving wife Katie of 41 years, his brothers, Nelson and Clayton Hart, and numerous nieces and nephews.
All arrangements are under the direction of Heritage Cremation and Memorial Chapel, Port Orange, FL.
