Margaret Durham Urchuk
Margaret Durham Urchuk of Port Orange, FL was born on January 10, 1936 in Shelby, NC to the late Auburn Harold Dellinger and Comer Arleen Dellinger nee Davis. Her family moved to Homestead, FL. In early 1940. She passed away on April 8, 2013 in Port Orange, FL at the age of 77 years.
Margaret was a 1957 graduate of Florida State University, and was a member of the Tri Delta Sorority. She worked as a teacher at Southwest Miami High School until her marriage in 1962. She moved to Florida in 1995 from New Jersey, and was a member of Holy Dormition Byzantine Catholic Church in Ormond Beach, FL. She enjoyed playing golf, tennis, bridge, and going fishing. She was also a member of the Spruce Creek Fly-In book club, and an active volunteer at her church as well as the local hospital in NJ.
She is survived by her loving husband Alex Sr. of 51 years, her sons; Alex Jr. and wife Jana of FL and Michael and wife Lisa of VA, and four grandchildren.
