Melissa Marie Wolfe's Obituary
Melissa Marie Wolfe went to be with her Lord and Savior on December 13, 2022 surrounded by her loving family at UF/Shands Gainesville, Florida at the age of 35.
Melissa is survived by her husband, Daniel; their children, Paxton and Autumn; her mother, Sandra Stewart; step father, Joseph Stewart; her brothers, Travis Davis and Christopher Stewart; and many loving in-laws, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father Wayne G. Davis.
A St. Augustine native, Melissa was born on January 30,1987. Attending local schools, she graduated from Flagler College in 2009, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Education. Marrying her high school sweetheart Daniel in August of 2008 the couple remained in Saint Augustine, where they welcomed their two beautiful children into the world.
From age 16 Melissa worked as a waitress and a manager at Saltwater Cowboys. She also worked as a teacher aide in the St Johns County School system and most recently as an office assistant for Coldwell Banker Premier Properties. She was a hard worker, as well as a loving wife and mother. She was kind, warm, generous, patient, and caring to all who had the privilege of knowing her. She was a joy to be with; always looking for the positive side of life, and completely genuine. Melissa loved the beach, camping, adventures, fishing with Joe and Sandy, crafting and most of all her family. She will be greatly missed.
A Celebration of Life is scheduled for 4:00 PM, Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at Good News Church (Wildwood Campus), St. Augustine, Florida with a reception to follow. Strider Stokes will be officiating the service. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Melissa’s life.
