Michael Richard Kenefick
Michael Richard Kenefick, 53, of Ormond Beach, FL was born on July 20, 1959 in Buffalo, NY. He passed away on February 5, 2013 at the Halifax Health Medical Center, Daytona Beach, FL at the age of 53 years.
Michael was a graduate of Williamsville South High School, and he moved to Ormond Beach in 2007, coming from Williamsville, NY. He worked as a Printer, and enjoyed all sports, including NASCAR Racing and the Florida Gators.
He is survived by his son, Ryan Kenefick of Williamsville, NY. Mother, Caroline Shannon of Ormond Beach, FL. Brothers, Mark Shannon and wife Ann of Ormond By the Sea, FL, Joe Shannon and wife Margaret of Palestine Bridge, NY, and Donald Kenefick of Williamsville, NY. Sisters, Ann Walter and husband Michael of Williamsville, NY, and Karen Elordo and husband Joe of Warsaw, NY, and many nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
Michael was preceded in death by his father, Donald Joseph Kenefick.
A gathering for family and friends will be held from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm with a Memorial Service held at 5:00 pm on Monday, February 18, 2013 from the Chapel of Heritage Funeral & Cremation Service, 620 Dunlawton Ave., Port Orange, FL 32127.
