Patricia A. Boudreaux's Obituary
It is with deep love and sadness that we announce the passing of Patricia A. Boudreaux, aged 78, on May 1, 2026, in Palm Coast, Florida, with her son and daughter-in-law by her side.
Born on March 30, 1948, in Somerville, Massachusetts, Patricia grew up in the Mystic Avenue projects, where her spirit of kindness, curiosity, and resilience began to shine. She attended Somerville High School and went on to build a varied and fulfilling career. Among her many roles was driving the elderly for 15 years, but her greatest joy came from running Sally’s Ice Cream in Flagler Beach, where she created sweet memories for locals and visitors alike.
Patricia loved the simple pleasures of life — reading a good book, watching her favorite crime shows, and spending time at the beach, her happy place. She had a deep passion for music and wine, with Rod Stewart and Janis Joplin holding special places in her heart. Friends and family will remember her unwavering loyalty, her uplifting positivity, and the way she made everyone feel loved and valued.
She was preceded in death by her hard-working mother Alice MacInnes, her beloved husband and soulmate of many years, Ronald Boudreaux, her loving sister Charlene “Chickie” MacInnes, and her brothers Danny MacInnes and Dennis Denehy.
Patricia is survived by her devoted son Craig Boudreaux and his wife Julie of Palm Coast, FL; her granddaughter Cacia Boudreaux of Raymond, NH; her brother Scott MacInnes of Medford, MA; her sisters Karen Campbell and her husband Joey of Medford, MA, Mary Scott of Burlington, MA, and Marilyn Lillis of Lowell, MA; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
In accordance with her wishes, there will be no formal service. Patricia’s ashes will be joined with her husband’s and scattered into the Atlantic Ocean at Hampton Beach, New Hampshire — a place close to her heart.
