Patrick Walter Odle
Patrick Walter Odle was born on June 1, 1933 in Georgetown, British Guyana to the late Archibald and Ruth Leonie Odle nee Livingston and passed away on November 17, 2012 in Gainesville, FL at the age of 79 years, 5 months, and 16 days.
After serving in the United States Army, he moved to Florida in 1979 from New York, and was a member of St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Palm Coast. Patrick enjoyed watching all types of sports on television, especially the Yankees, Jets, and Giants. He was an avid piano player and family historian, and had a love for pecan pie.
He is survived by his daughters, Sharon Lestage and husband Rudolph and Aline Dotson and husband Duane both of NY, sister, Agnes George of FL, grandchildren, Briana, Jessica, Laila, Dominique, and Diva, Coseta Odle with whom he shared many happy years, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM until time of services. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Heritage Funeral and Cremation Service 620 Dunlawton Ave. Port Orange, FL 32127.
