Paul Randall Randolph's Obituary
Paul Randall Randolph, born on April 3, 1959, went home to be with the Lord on December 7, 2024. He was born in Spartanburg, South Carolina to John and Mildred Randolph. Paul grew up in Polk County, North Carolina, where he attended school and graduated from Polk Central High School. He and his family moved to Spindale, North Carolina when he was 8 years old, living there for most of his life, until moving to Connecticut in 2001, where he and his wife, Janice, were married. In 2019, they moved to Flagler Beach in preparation for retirement and to escape the cold weather.
He attended Spindale Church of the Brethren as a child and youth group as a teenager. He was saved and baptized there at the age of 14. He served in the church as a Deacon and Sunday school teacher for many years. After moving to Flagler Beach, Paul joined First Baptist Church of Palm Coast. He attended Sunday school, men’s Bible studies and was ordained a Deacon in November 2024. He loved the Lord and serving Him.
Paul began working at Harris Teeter as a teen where he received Employee of the Month numerous times and is remembered by customers for his smile, by co-workers for being a joy to work with and for the way he lived a Christian life. Later he worked in the textile industry at Mastercraft for 18 years until he moved to Connecticut. In Connecticut, he was employed at Home Depot for 17 years and worked part time security at local college sporting events.
He was involved with the Future Farmers of America as a youth and he loved muscle cars, Tar Heels basketball, and wrestling. He was a NASCAR fan and attended many races around the country. His favorite driver was Jeff Gordon. He was an Elvis fan and could do an impressive imitation of him. Paul loved to travel and camp, and he and Janice had many wonderful and fun adventures. His favorite place to visit was Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
Paul leaves behind the love of his life, his wife of 22 years, Janice; two sons, Brandon Randolph and Dustin Randolph (Marketta); step-children, Nicole (Thomas) Migliaccio, Jessica Dorso (Rob Sheftic), Ryan Dorso (Ali Downey); 13 grandchildren; Emily Randolph, Elizabeth Randolph, Phoenix Randolph, Cadence Randolph, Rylie Randolph, Zoe Randolph, Briana Delmedico, Tyler Delmedico, Kylee Delmedico, Thomas Migliaccio, Colby Dorso, Taylor Sheftic, and Cameron Dorso; a sister, Jane Blackwell; numerous in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews. Paul was pre-deceased by his parents, his sister, Tena Reid, and his brother-in-law, Raymond Blackwell.
A home going service will be held on February 1, 2025 at 11:00am at First Baptist Church of Palm Coast, 6050 Palm Coast Pkwy NW, Palm Coast, Florida. Heritage Funeral and Cremation Service of Bunnell, Florida is assisting the family. www.HeritageFlagler.com
